How to Create Feature-Rich Listings

1. Log into HomeTagz.com or create your free account
2. Click "New Property" to start a new listing
3. Click "Images / Rooms" in the left hand column
4. Upload your photos by dragging and dropping in the grey box or click to upload
5. Select a photo and look for "Feature Suggestions" on the right side
6. Click "Add Tag" to add suggested features to your listing

Using AI Assist for Better Descriptions

Once you've added a tag, you can enhance it with AI-generated content:

1. Choose to edit and add more details to any tag
2. On the right side, find the "AI Assist" section
