Since we launched HomeTagz, we are continually looking for ways create a better experience for our brokers. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we have integrated two new types of time saving technology. It’s now easier than ever to generate tags and descriptions, so you can create better listings for your clients.
Let’s dive into the details of these exciting new time saving HomeTagz tools:
1. Generate Feature Tags automatically
Follow the same simple process and upload your photos, then click to add tags. However, now all images that are uploaded will be scanned for recognizable features such as hardwood floors, appliances, and lighting. Then our technology will make suggested Feature Tags. If you choose to use these suggestions, those tags can be added in a click.
2. Develop property descriptions and buyer introductions
Writing property descriptions can be very time consuming, which is why we have updated HomeTagz to help with this. Using the feature is simple, just enter the most exciting facts about your property or area and click “run.” Once populated you can modify and refine. This feature can be used to help write buyer introductions and highlight the best features of your listing. It can also help create more detailed property descriptions that will intrigue buyers.
3. Expand Feature Tag details
This same smart technology is also available to help you add more details to Feature Tags. Perhaps your listing has a newly renovated bath or a great backyard but you could use some inspiration to describe it. Just type a word or two into our Features Suggestions and words and phrase will be populated.
